*Father's Day Gift Guide

If you're like me, you have yet to buy your father something for Father's Day; best hurry, there's only four shopping days left! Of course, there is always the trusty pairs of socks, an aftershave set or a bar of Cadbury's fruit and nut (my dad has had plenty of those in his time!), but I like to find something that little bit special...

The relationship between my dad and I is funny; we have a veeerrryy similar sense of humour and any chance I get to find a naff gift for him, I take full advantage! Like a couple of years ago, when I bought a cushion that said "Be nice to me, I'll be picking your nursing home!" - that went down a treat! I know gifts are supposed to be sentimental, but sometimes, a good bit of comedy does the trick.

One of my favourite sites for silly, nostalgic, *retro gifts is Truffle Shuffle (I think I may have mentioned them before...) and they have a few last minute suggestions:

Does your dad like *'Only Fools and Horses'? He could pretend to 'fall through a bar' in this (I know my dad would, ha!)

*Only Fools and Horses Del Boy costume apron £12.99

As I blogged previously, my dad can be a bit of a hero sometimes so this seems apt.

*Men's Superman full body costume t-shirt £17.99

We had big laughs at the 'Bohemian Rhapsody' scene from this film...

Wayne's World Party On Garth t-shirt £24.99
(Warning! There isn't many left!)

And this has got to be one of his favourite silly films!

Airplane 'Don't call me Shirley' mug £4.99
(Again, only a few left!)

And if you do pick socks, I'm pretty sure these will be liked...

Men's Monty Python Ministry of Funny Walks socks £7.99
